This is your sibling. If you chose sister, she's called Maria, whereas if you chose brother, he's called Emilio. Either way, they're both exactly the same in the story other than accessories and gender. Your younger sibling is sick from a debilitating illness, and there is no known cure. The local doctor, Dr. Hill, thinks the famous Dr. Potan may be able to cure them. As it turns out, there's only one thing that can save your sibling, and that's the Legendary Flower. You'll need to complete your adventure on THE DOG Island to find the one thing that can save your brother or sister's life.
